About me

Hello and welcome!

My name is Danny and I'm currently a Data Scientist at J.P. Morgan. I started my academic career at CUNY Baruch College, where I majored in CIS Data Analytics and graduated in 2022. Now, I'm pursuing a graduate degree at Georgia Tech and hope to complete my degree by 2026.

My journey into data science started after watching Google's Chess Engine 'DeepMind AlphaZero' defeat StockFish in their historic match. This experience made me curious about machine learning, prompting me to learn R as my first programming language in 2019. Since then, I've become a firm believer in the power of data-driven decisions to address complex issues around the world.

In 2020, I had the opportunity to work as a Data Analyst Intern at SwagUp. There, I tackled interesting business problems on a daily basis using a variety of tools like PostgreSQL, R, and Excel. In 2022, I had the amazing chance to work with the talented team at JPMorgan and pursue my dream of being an expert in the field of data science.
